Jennifer came to the program ready and willing to pivot. She had to, there was no other way. What she was doing was not working; and continuing down this path would have eventually led her to what she calls ‘early-retirement’...

If that had happened it would have been tragic.
Not only because it would have killed her dream and her vision, but also the moms and childbirth professionals that needed Jennifer’s unique expertise would not have received her help.
So when Jennifer joined the program, it was “all-in” for her.
She knew she HAD-TO make it work.
Luckily she came to the right place to make that critical shift. We immediately pivoted the structure of her business to shift ‘what’ she’d offer, ‘how’ she’d offer it, and even ‘who’ she was going to offer it to.

Not only did our shift immediately multiply her reach (her helping one mom 1:1 versus training & equipping the childcare professional who works with many moms in the same amount of time)…
We also created more room for profit in her business. Individual moms just don’t have the same resources as the childcare professionals who continually reinforce their skills with new training.
And even though there was initial hesitation on her pivot, Jennifer faithfully followed the program process and was rewarded with an immediate response from the market…
